Karma, or something

I spoke too soon. When our buyer's money went to escrow on Thursday, we thought we were pretty much at the finish line - all that was needed was for the docs to be sent from the lender to the escrow company, the buyer to sign them, and for the docs to go back to the lender. Well, here we sit three days later and the docs have still not made their way to the escrow company. I hope that good things will happen soon. I'm really an eternal optimist, but this mess is testing even my outlook on things!
