My favorite pizza topping
I'm mostly posting this because I know that keeneye reads my blog. And because The Minkz posted about piggies.
But, it's utterly true, and completely important.
My favorite pizza topping is bacon. Yum. You can't put it on the pizza when it's raw - it has to be pre-cooked. But friggin' yum. Bacon and onions, bacon and mushrooms, bacon alone... Bacon on pizza is awesome and shouldn't be missed!
So keeneye, please, try some bacon on a pizza before you open. Small pieces. Cook the bacon about 80% before you put it on the pie. Yum.

We most definitely will offer bacon on our pizzas (the menu is at www.PaizanosPizza.com) - the best one will be "The Rancher", or you can try the Roasted Red Potato Pie with bacon.
Everyone has a favorite topping. My mom loves smoked oysters. Yep. Disgusting. But we'll offer those, too.
My favorite topping is fresh basil. I also love caramelized onions. The sweetness oozes into the mozzarella and is absolute perfection....
I had "bacon cheeseburger" pizza once and it was soooo good. It had little pieces of hamburger (that was well seasoned), bacon, tomatoes, and of course cheese. Ohhhhh yum!
I'll have to try that, because I adore bacon.
