Downer

Right now it's looking like the sale of our house here in California isn't going to go through because of the things that are happening to lenders all over the area. I hear that the buyer is still looking for a lender that will fund the loan, but we did not close today as we had hoped. Our lives are in boxes, and we're trying to stay positive and hope for a good outcome, but we won't be in Bend on Friday - we can't close there unless we close here. This sucks.

Hang in there! Crossing fingers, toes... even my eyes just in case that helps. :)

It will all be OK.

Breathe.

Ouch. That does suck. Yours isn't the first housing fiasco that I've heard of recently.

Stay positive!

Maybe you should consider some sort of house swap cause there are 3,000+ homes for sale in the small town of Bend, OR. Things are crashing hard as I type this.

Aack! I'm sorry that it's not working out on time. It must be so stressful.

Try to enjoy what you can and know that it will work out eventually. It will be okay.

It is raining in Redmond right now. There is a fire west of town and it's blowing smoke east over Bend and Redmond. If that makes you feel any better...

Any news? Hopefully the quiet means that the computer is boxed up and you are on the road to BEND! :)
